As her oldest son's graduation and after-party loom, Victoria's schedule spins out of control, prompting her to look for a new personal assistant. She finally chooses Jen, a spunky young New Jersey girl who proves eager to please, but unprepared for her demanding new role.

On her first day, Jen is ineffectual at coordinating Victoria's wardrobe for a high-profile photo shoot. The stakes are raised when she has to organise the guest list for the ever-growing graduation party.

On the day of the soiree, tensions rise, pitting brother against brother, especially when John discovers that someone has borrowed his prized hair gel. The event goes off without a hitch, but Victoria's faith in her newest aide is shaky, at best.
