Where did you grow up?
I was born in Sydney but I moved to Melbourne when I was 3. I lived there for about 10 years before moving to Adelaide.

 

Where did you go to school?
St Catherine's School in Melbourne (years 1 to 7) Wilderness School in Adelaide (years 8 to 12).

 

What degree do you have and where from?
BA Journalism, University of South Australia.

 

How did you get into television?
I started out working behind the camera as a production manager at Imagination Studios in Adelaide. After completing my degree I spent a year working at a rural radio station in New South Wales. I moved back to Adelaide when I was offered a position with the Triple M news team and I also began presenting segments on a Channel Nine health and fitness program. I then moved into television news reporting with Channel Seven, before being offered a position with BtN.

 

Do you have a pet and what are your hobbies?

I don’t have any pets at the moment but I’d love a border collie.
I love road trips, adventures, the beach, bush walking, fishing, water skiing…anything outdoors really! My favourite sports are tennis, volleyball and football.

 

What are your favourite foods?
Sushi, lollies and ice-cream.

 

What is the most exciting thing you have ever done?
I once swam with sea lions at Baird Bay in South Australia and that was an amazing experience. They were so playful and beautiful and they would swim up close to you and even kiss you on the nose!
