De facto law reform
If the proposed changes to the Family Law Act are enacted, de facto couples across Australia could suddenly find life has become a lot more complicated.
For some it could be more costly and for others, more beneficial.
Family Law Act reform is currently being debated in Federal Parliamentary Committee hearings.
