Capital punishment in Asia

Asia has 29 jurisdictions, 26 histories, 26 cultures, 26 ways of governing but there's one thing that is very common across the vast region—the death penalty.

The stats are unequivocal: up to 95 per cent of the world's executions take place in Asia, with China carrying out the most.

We hear about new research that points to some real changes.
