Graeme Kirk was convicted of failing to provide a safe workplace under NSW OHS legislation following the death of his employee. Kirk hired an experienced farm manager to manage his hobby farm. The manager died in a work place accident when he used an inappropriate vehicle to transport materials and then drove down a steep slope.
