Hit-run accused drove aggressively, court told

A Canberra court has heard a 22-year-old Sydney man accused of killing his girlfriend in a hit-and-run incident was driving aggressively when he returned to the scene.
Wayne Antoniazzo from Narellan Vale has been charged with murder.
He is accused of killing his girlfriend Amaranta Vega early on New Year's Day.
Her uncle, Vrelo Vega, has told the ACT Magistrates Court he and his other relatives ran out onto the Gungahlin Street after his nephew and wife screamed that something had happened to his niece.
He said he saw her on the road.
A short time later he saw a car driving towards the group of people around Ms Vega.
He said when it drove past the group he realised it was Antoniazzo and he tried to run towards the car, but it drove off.
