No final decision on 'infrastructure bank': Swan

Federal Treasurer Wayne Swan has not ruled out the possibility the Government will set up a "infrastructure bank" but has indicated it may not be its preferred option to help states fund infrastructure projects.
Yesterday in Parliament Prime Minister Kevin Rudd said the Government would "embrace a new approach" for infrastructure funding after being asked by Opposition Leader Malcolm Turnbull if it was moving to set up a bank.
