The Coodabeen Champions Launch Good Health. Master It!
Yes, it is common knowledge, The Coodabeen boys are now well into the age groups for Masters Games. Champs has even won some medals.
So the boys are taking their involvement to another level. The Coodabeens, along with former Triple World Aerobic Champion, Olympic Gymnast and Olympic Water Skier, Sue Stanley are Ambassadors for the 12th Australian Masters Games to be held in Geelong, Victoria in 2009.
Sue joined the boys on Sunday, May 18 in launching the Good Health. Master It! fitness program, an initiative of the Confederation of Australian Sport (CAS) and the Australian Government Department of Health and Ageing.
The program aims to provide advice to thousands of Australians on their health and fitness in order to achieve long term health benefits.
If you want to get involved, just click on the link below to complete an online survey and recieve feedback on your current health and fitness levels. Once you have completed it, you will have access to a fitness program developed by Ms Fitness herself.

The Coodabeen Champions are often asked about the theme music which introduces both their Saturday footy show and the Sunday night program. It is the theme from the movie The Good, The Bad and The Ugly composed by Ennio Morricone. The Coodabeens use the version by Hugo Montenegro and His Orchestra.
